Kel D. Murphy
Kel graduated magna cum laude from the Florida State University Honors program in 2005. He graduated in the top 3% of his class at Florida State University College of Law and served as a member of the FSU Law Review. While in law school, Kel received a book award for his academic success in the area of Criminal Procedure. He spent the summer of 2007 as an intern at the Tallahassee Office of the Public Defender and was recognized by FSU for his commitment to providing Pro Bono legal services to those unable to afford legal representation.
Following graduation, Kel worked in Pensacola as an Assistant Public Defender, where he gained valuable jury trial experience representing indigent citizens charged with violating Florida law.
Kel joined Michles & Booth in January 2010 as a part of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Division. He now focuses primarily on protecting the legal rights of victims injured in motor vehicle accidents.
