Family Freedom Foundation
The mission of the Family Freedom Foundation is to provide assistance—in the form of financial and professional services—to the families and loved ones of law enforcement officials, military members, and first responders who are killed or severely injured in the line of duty.
This organization was founded in honor of the late Senior Marcus R. Michles, father of Marcus J. Michles, to honor not only his commitment to his country, but also his dedication to supporting those who serve have served our nation.
This is a cause that is very near and dear to our firm. Founding attorney Marcus J. Michles II is not only a veteran himself, but he is also the son of a disabled Vietnam veteran. Marcus served in the 82nd Airborne Division, 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) and the 1st Special Operations Command (Airborne) in Operation Desert Storm.
Now, having returned home to the Florida Panhandle, Marcus continues to serve military families by donating his time, resources, and services to a number of charitable causes. He and his wife Cindy, who is the daughter of a retired Vietnam Air Force veteran, strive to give back to the brave men and women of the U.S. military, law enforcement agencies, and first response organizations who serve our community every single day.
