Anne Conley takes nothing for granted – a woman with a full plate, homeschooler, super mom – Anne was devastated in 2009 after taking the brunt of a rear end collision. Shifting her priorities to rehabilitation, Anne, our May Client Of The Month and hero would not let pain or the negligence of others sideline her.
Not once. Not twice.
Anne underwent a cervical fusion in 2009 for injuries to her neck, and another in 2015, after she was rear ended a second time; she’s an expert on pain, and the effects it can have on one’s daily life. Committed to her family, (Anne’s children waited in our lobby during the interview) her life is packed with activity and commitments. With the help of our firm, her case spearheaded by Marcus Michles, we’re proud to say, we’ve put Anne in a position to succeed–to enjoy the beautiful, hecticness of parenthood and marriage.
Referring to the summer of 2009, Anne said, “It was long–boring for my kids.”
However Anne was proactive.
“It’s all about rehab–PT, going to the chiropractor,” Anne said. “And you guys took care of all that.”
Michles & Booth will put you in touch with the specialists that will get you better; We will arrange and manage your recovery. Anne went from a woman “on the go” to a woman “on the mend”, and back again.
Easier said than done.
What made the difference?
With compensation for both accidents totaling more than $375,000, Anne stands firm in her belief that the true reason M&B did right by her, and her family, was, simply, the kindness of our staff.
“Tina called the other day–just to see how I was,” Anne said. “The case is over!”
“I tell the lawyers all the time,” Marcus Michles says, “Our staff is the difference.”
In the same way Anne provides a strong, foundation for her family, the service we do so well is founded in the strength of our staff and paralegals. We call because we care about you, not because we care about the case.
What do we want?
We want you to have your life back.
Our investments in our clients start with them, the clients. Back on her feet, and back in the driver seat, Marcus and Anne exchange laughs and conversation, relishing in the relief of a job well done.
