Travis “Tab” Bright graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, then attended The Florida State University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor and Certificate in Business Law.
After law school, Tab joined a national litigation firm specializing in medical malpractice defense.
He successfully defended hospitals, physicians, nurses, and long-term care facilities throughout Florida in medical malpractice litigation and premises liability matters.He then joined a general insurance defense firm, expanding his practice to include general liability defense, casualty defense, construction defect litigation, and a variety of first-party and third-party insurance issues.
Tab’s practice is now devoted to representing personal injury victims. His first-hand knowledge of how insurance companies value and defend various types of cases allow him to provide added value to his clients at Michles & Booth, from the initial client meeting through litigation. He prides himself on partnering with his clients at the beginning of a claim to establish what a successful outcome looks like, then crafting a plan of action to meet that goal. In order to provide quality service to his clients, he utilizes frequent communication, timely preparation, efficient analysis of legal issues, and critical review of the allegations to craft unique, case-specific strategies. Tab is a zealous advocate for his clients and strives to bring cases to a conclusion in an efficient, effective and economical way.
